All-New 2012 Subaru Impreza: More Car for Less Money

All-New 2012 Subaru Impreza: More Car for Less Money

New design features more interior room, better fuel economy, added standard equipment.

MISSISSAUGA, ON, Aug. 22, 2011 /CNW/ - Subaru Canada, Inc. (SCI) is pleased to announce pricing for the all-new 2012 Impreza lineup, which goes on sale in October. Consumers may not be surprised that the redesigned fourth-generation Impreza offers significant enhancements over the previous model: a refined new 2.0-litre Subaru Boxer engine that's both more responsive and significantly easier on fuel (5.5 L/100 km highway; 7.5 L/100 km city—comparable with front-wheel drive competitors); exceptional levels of standard and optional equipment; more interior space and comfort without increased vehicle size; and the added protection of high-tensile steel throughout the body.

What might be surprising is the fact that Subaru is offering the new Impreza at prices that are lower than the previous model—at every single trim level.
